The first of four episodes that we made in Hong Kong for The Huffington Post, working with Chef David Myers (Adrift, Hinoki & The Bird, Soma) was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Seeing Hong Kong through this chef's eyes really made us fall in love with the city, its culture and its food.
